"Service was fine, the waitress was prompt and friendly but the haddock just wasn't as good as it used to be. At one point they had the best fried haddock of the five area places where we tried it, now they rated on the bottom. This batter frying technique just didn't work for them and we thought the oil was probably old. The new menu is limited but they kept they kept most of our favorites. Would go back next time we are in that area and hope for better food next time."

"Cute little diner. Wasn't bad but got the breakfast buffet. Wasn't refilled and tasted like it may have been sitting there for awhile. I gave it a 4 star because it was a cozy little place, full of locals, and I'm guessing if we got the breakfast made to order it would have been great. So 2 for buffet, 4 for guessing :)"

"Good food, homemade and from scratch cooking. The breakfast is amazing and you can't go wrong with the pies! Tried the haddock today, it was great!"

"My Sister In Law and I took a Route 20 Road Trip today, October 10, 2020. On our way back home, we stopped at Quak's, and were happy we did. Clean, Pleasant Servers, Charming Decor, and Great Food!! I would travel from home (over an hour) to eat there again. A great experience, for two tired travelers. Marla Winkworth"

"My wife and I have been going there for years. Great food and wonderful waitresses and waiters that treat you like family as it's a family owned restaurant for many years. Joan is a real Sweetheart who is pretty busy in the kitchen will take the time to say hi to people when she steps in the dinning room. All around great place to go to eat. Don't forget about dessert if you have room or maybe just get it to go ."

"Had the mozzarella sticks, Swiss burger with fries, and coconut creme pie for dessert. All the food was great quality and absolutely delicious. Everything is priced great for the quality that you get. The servers are incredibly sweet and will give you great service. Highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good all-American diner!"

"Outstanding! Not only was the food excellent, the service was really great and the place was very clean. It was so good we went back two days in a row. Both experiences were equally fantastic. Having grown up in a restaurant I can't help but be a bit critical of things like cleanliness and food quality, and this place was aces."
